This article is a brief overview of different methods to assess learning outcomes while using e-Learning technologies. The article also discusses ways for the Instructional Design to be developed to ensure these learning outcomes are successful. The article discusses topics of communication between instructor and student, such as feedback and integrity within the course. The article provides a small bit of information on many topics to get the reader to begin thinking and possibly researching what they may need to be successful in an E-Learning setting.

This source seems to be reliable as it provides many resources for e-Learning. The author is the CEO of an e-Learning software company, which leads me to believe he has done plenty of research and trials on the success of e-Learning and measuring and assessing learning outcomes. As I mentioned, this is an excellent source for getting an idea of how to manage assessment through an e-Learning setting and be a starting point for research. It could be useful for teachers, professionals, or managers looking for more ways to ensure that their technologies are benefiting the learner.
