The first step would be set clearly defined goals and objectives that align with company or academic interests. Article explains that analyzing learner engagement, participation, and course completion rates will need to be part of the process. Learner assessments are recommended prior to and after program to track progress and identify patterns. Evaluate instructors’ effectiveness by reviewing feedback and instructor interactions. Process will need to include room for enhancements.

It also explained ways to identify and incorporate future potential changes. This article was a little confusing to follow. Some of the headings and information were repeated. Even though the information can be similar it could have been presented differently.
