Technology has been a growing industry over the past few years and is a field that is continuing to grow. In today’s society we have access to technology at our fingertips, from cellular devices to ipads, companies and classrooms are finding ways to incorporate these technologies in their area of study. Having access to such technologies allows companies to utilize microlearning , social learning, and adaptive learning to name a few. Microlearning is a growing trend in technology because it allows individuals to learn information in smaller chucks. Having quick access to information and research are just two elements that allow microlearning to grow and will ultimately become a growing trend in the years to come. Social learning is a current technology that is still evolving. Combining social learning and microlearning will soon become an effective way of learning and teaching. While everyone learns in different ways these ideas are just a few trends that will soon change the way we view learning and we have technology to thank for it. So are you ready for this takeover?
